Muhammad Arshad Bhatti is the author of this book who was born on 10° of February 1967in a small village of Sialkot known as Bakho Bhatti. He belongs to a landlord Rajput family. After receiving the primary education he got degree of law from punjab university of lahore, and started practice as a lawyer from Islamabad Bar in 1997.
He shifted to Lahore in 2004 and became the member of Lahore High Court Bar Association. He became the member of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan in 2012. He is one of the senior lawyers of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Already he Has written some books on the life of international personalities and some books are under the Process that will be Publish very soon.
